How it Works:
We are fully online we don’t have a call centre, we don’t have a sales team, our service is very transparent.
You submit your enquiry to us where a member of our team will request some pictures.
Once the pictures have been received we will provide you with a quote for the repairs requested.
We won’t phone you, we won’t chase you via email, we will simply leave the quote with you for your consideration.
Once you are ready to book simply reply saying you’re happy to proceed with the quote and we will arrange for a technician to visit and complete the repairs quoted for.
We will not try and upsell you why we are in your home, we will not point out other faults so we can increase your costs, you live with your furniture and you will know what your happy to live with and what your not happy to live with.
The technician will only undertake the works that are quoted for and once completed you are invited to inspect the works completed, once inspected you will sign a satisfaction form which confirms you are happy with the works undertaken and you will be left a copy for your records.
If you are unsure in what repairs are required and would like an onsite inspection, this can be arranged we do charge for this service to cover the technicians time in your home.
