We have workshops which specialise in the repairs of bags and coats, these complete repairs on a mail order basis, we would request some pictures from you provide you with a fully inclusive quote including collection and delivery.

Our workshops do hold a extensive stock of parts but as you can imagine, the are so many different styles shapes and sizes of everything such as zips, buttons, rivets, the list is endless, our workshops will always try there best to get a close matching part where possible.

Lead times on repair do vary no one repair is ever the same and we do receive his volume of parcels on a daily basis where these will get worked on in turn.

Courier

When we arrange collection of your parcel using the Evri Network, you will receive a label once you have supplied your address, once the label has been raised you can attach the label to your parcel.

We do not use any other parcel network, we have an account with Evri which allows us to keep all the tracking information in one place, for this same reason we do not accept parcels from any other parcel company.
