Once Kate had made contact we had requested some pictures to enable us to provide a quote.

When the pictures had been received we had provided a quote and confirmed we can colour restore the damage shown, advised our technician was fully mobile and that the repairs would be completed in her home.

Kate, come back to us and asked if the area would be sprayed where we advised there is various methods to create a two tone finish.

Kate then went on to say can we replicate the two tone finish where we advised we have provided a quote to colour restore and there would be no issues.

Kate continued to go on and then say there was no quote attached, and that she cannot see the quote from our company ?

This was when the red flags started to show as the quote was in the same email trial and Kate had already replied to the quote and asking the above questions.

We confirmed the quote is in the email trail and it confirms the work that is being undertaken.

Kate then comes back to us and says the quote is not clear it says we are going to colour restore, which was exactly what was requested and what was quoted for.

We then confirmed the quote was to colour restore as per the enquiry and we have not offered a make good repair but a colour restore, this is wheee our advisor withdrew the quote and advised we would be unable to help any further, they felt if Kate was having difficulty’s understanding the quote that maybe another company would be better suited.

This is where it got interesting

Kate went in to say

“Clearly you have no confidence in your technicians or just want to scam customers.”

We had provided this quote free of charge, we do not take a deposit or any forms of payment until the works are completed,

So a very strange comment to make, she was very aggrieved that we withdrew the quote hence the above comment,

This aggression continues to her Trustpilot review.
